REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of all our products being either digital, or application based - our refund policy does differ to those of companies who sell physical goods, for example.

DIGITAL CARD DECKS

We are unable to provide refunds for any digital card decks. They are digital, and therefore they cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales are final. 

SNAPCHAT MEMBERSHIPS

Once we have processed your membership - we are unable to offer a refund on your membership. 

Once you are a member, should it come to our attention that you are sharing our exclusive content, which is a violation of your membership and our rules - we will remove and ban you from your membership access. You will not be eligible for a refund on your membership should this be the case.
